Low in bitterness and with plenty of residual sweetness. Our Smash IPA consists of only one malt - Irish Ale malt, and one hop - in this case we’re showcasing Mosaic. We use the hop throughout the entire brewing process, from kettleto dry hop, to showcase every aspect of the variety. Mosaic got its name from its unique ability to delivera range of flavours and aromas depending upon the conditions in which it’s used. Expect notes of tropical passion fruit, mango, and stone fruit, along with a clean and balanced bitterness on the finish. The use of double malted barley gives this dark lager its full taste and special aroma, much appreciated by connoisseurs. Tomislav pivo has an alcohol content of 7.3% vol, and should be served at 8C.
