Our export stout is named after the Great Deer (translating to ‘Fladh Mór’), a giant elk that roamed Ireland and Europe. Pouring a deep, dark amber with a fluffy white head, a nutty raisin aroma will give way to a slightly bitter and roasty ale with notes of caramel, nuts and raisins, and a dry finish. A stronger bigger brother to the Session Red Ale. This is a malty little monster with notes of raisins and dark fruits coming from the Melanoidin malt and slightly spicy and floral from the Mittelfruh hops. Enjoy at 9C.
