Do not drink more than two or three glasses of Cervoise at a time, and the sky won't fall on your head, in the name of Toutatis!

This brisk Amber Ale is a really luminous golden-red. It is perfectly balanced, with a soft, fresh hop bitterness playing off a hearty whole-grain maltiness, and accentuated by an entrancing nose of earth and spice that is typical of French farmhouse brewing. The first Christmas beer produced by Thiriez since 1997. Fewer hops than the Blonde; lightly toasted malts for color, and a hint of spice.
