    Comments: www.dougalls.es American Pale Ale. Ingredients: Maris Otter and Caragold malts, Cascade and Simcoe hops, ALE yeast. IBU: 30. Colour EBC: 10. Best served at 8-13C. Brit Andrew Dougall is slowly taking the Spanish market by storm as it grows out of its 'shouty American-hopped beers only' phase. His undersanding of balance and drinkability is displayed best in this beer, in my opinion. It is somewhere between a lager and a pale ale, it immediately screams 'drink me in the sunshine, I'll be even better' with its zippy carbonation, subtle but refreshingly citrus hops and a clean end.
