Golden amber in colour, this beer has a generous white frothy head and is quite highly carbonated. It has a clean, fresh fragrant aroma of mango, soft fruits and hints of fresh slightly spicy herbal hops. The beer is easy drinking, medium in strength, with soft fruits and mango sweetness, slight caramel notes and beautifully balanced with clean spicy hops and a short, dry cleansing finish.

A Pale Ale with a fresh tone and a soft bite. Lush! This is a hazy Pale Ale with a smooth mouthfeel that’s been generously dry hopped. It has layers of those tropical fruits we all love such as pineapple, lychee and white peach. Tropical! Enjoy at 10-12C.

For this beer we use darker malt from our own malt house and four different hops to add more character and flavour to the beer. In addition to this we only use water and yeast. God Lager means good lager in Swedish and that is exactly what you get with this divine un-pasteurised beer. The end product is a hoppyaromatic all-malt brew where the special malt brings a remarkably pleasant malt character. It is fresh tasting and smooth as becomes a Dortmunder Export style beer.

It has a clear roasted character where coffee and chocolate come through. Slight fruitiness comes through from the yeast and slight bitterness, mostly from the roasted malts and not from the hops. Enjoy at 10C.

The name of the beer probably originates from England and the time when the workers probably actually got to drink during their ‘sessions’. In order for things not to go completely out of control, a lighter beer of between three and four percent was required. Our interpretation is somewhat stronger and fits perfectly after but not at work. Brewmaster Daniel's comment: A challenge when working with low-alcohol beers is to get a body and mouthfeel. There is always a risk that the beer may feel watery. Here I have used five different malt varieties, three hop varieties and finally, to honor the beer's origin, a classic ale yeast from England. Fits well with: Hamburger, Fillet of Pork, Sponge Toast. Serve at 8-10C.
