Comments: www.boxsteambrewery.com Tunnel Vision - Clean tasting, amber ale. Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops. Steam brewed in Wiltshire. If you like an easy drinking traditional bitter, this amber ale will seduce your palate with its subtle nuances of bitterness. Isambard Kingdom Brunel's superb Box Tunnel was the inspiration for our flagship beer. Opened in 1841, the tunnel was the fial link in the railway between London and Bristol and still serves thousands of passengers every day. Apart from gunpowder for blasting, thousands of navvies built the tunnel entirely by hand. We hand-craft this beer on a rather more modest scale.

Comments: www.buffys.co.uk The ideal bitter to offer as a 'house beer' and is the perfect session bitter. Buffy's Bitter, the definitive Buffy's beer, is a classic pint in the best tradition of craft brewing. It is brewed using the finest Maris Otter malts, with a trace of roast and Crystal that produce this superb deep amber-coloured bitter. A good traditional flavour is achieved using Old English Fuggles and Goldings hops that grow in the hop fields of Herefordshire. The more modern First Gold dwarf hops are then added to give this quality brew added depth and bite. This is our best selling beer, accounts for over half of the brewery's total production and is brewed every week of the year. It is allowed to mature in the cask for roughly two weeks to arrive in peak condition ready to serve once settled.

Comments: clearwaterbrewery.co.uk Formerly ""High Tide"" this is a fruity, copper ale. With an aroma reminiscent of grapes the taste is a nutty, light bitterness. At 4.5% ABV it is our strongest beer. Devon Darter asserts its unique character right from its first scent, sending forth first rich chocolates, then towards a surprisingly ripe, almost tropical fruit bloom. It’s smooth pour amasses a calm but formidable head to the ale, the bubbles of which disperse and regroup to release bursts of peach, faint toffee, and coastal grasses. The first taste is a short hop note with a hint of sea side salt in the air. Further tastes retain a clear, soft centre to the structure whilst the combinations of citrus fruits and grapes jostle for pole position occasionally accented by a light nutty bitterness. The graduating character of Devon Darter is accentuated by it’s in-mouth nature of finishing short on the palate, then delivering an even more varied taste selection with each following sip.

Comments: www.delavals.com The Beer: A traditional English best bitter, Souter Lighthouse is a well rounded copper-coloured ale, bittersweet with a little malt and rich fruity aromas. The Inspiration: Inspired by the lighthouse being the first in the world to use electricity, we decided to create this brilliant copper-coloured ale to light up your glass. The Name: Souter Lighthouse is an iconic cliff top beacon on the North East coast of England. Boldly hooped in red and white. When it first opened in 1871, it was considered a technological marvel, being the first lighthouse built to use electricity. Decommissioned in 1988, the machinery still remains in working order. Today it is owned by the National Trust and offers a great family day out. Food Pairings: An excellent choice to pair with a variety of foods, finding the perfect partner in fish and chips. Similarly, it works exceptionally well with any delicate fish or shellfish as the malt amplifies the sweet flavours. Roasted or grilled meats are a good choice too as the charred meat sits easily with the caramel flavours in the beer. Great with cheese too, try it with the milder English cheeses such as Lancashire or Leicester. Serving temperature: 10-11C. IBU: 30. Malts: Optic Malt, Crystal Malt, Black Malt, Torrified Wheat. Hops: Willamette, Progress, Mittlefruh.

Great flying solo - even better with your favourite meaty dish. Tasting Notes: An intense beer handcrafted to heighten the finest flavours of a big juicy steak. Comments: www.ironmaidenbeer.com, www.robinsonsbrewery.com Onward, Onward rode the 600... The Charge of the Light Brigade , which inspired the Iron Maiden song The Trooper, took place at the Battle of Balaclava (1854) during the Crimean War when 600 British cavalry courageously charged the massed Russian artillery. This gallant but foolhardy assault resulted in a massive loss of life and came about due to a misunderstanding of an order given by the commanding officer, Lord Raglan. Trooper is a premium British beer inspired by Iron Maiden and handcrafted at Robinsons brewery. Being a real ale enthusiast, vocalist Bruce Dickinson has developed a beer which has true depth of character. Malt flavours and citric notes from a unique blend of Bobec, Goldings and Cascade hops dominate this deep golden ale with a subtle hint of lemon. Filtered beer. Contains malted barley and wheat.

A delightful Scottish beer inspired by a brewing book from 1847 where there is a story about a beer that is clear and very brisk, and, consequently, very agreeable to the palate. Our modern interpretation of this beer uses four different malts (Pale Ale, Crystal, Chocolate and Roast Barley). Hops are added in small quantities in two stages to ensure that the malt character typical of Scottish ales is not overwhelmed. Think Good Beer - Drink Good Beer.

Oliver Thain, who co-founded the business with the purchase of The Cock, Hemingford Grey has a particular affection for the Badger. The name The Badger’s Nadgers came from a social media competition and the decision was easy! We thank you for your support over the 20 years and hope you love this beer. Papworth Brewery was founded with an uncompromising philosophy. It’s All About The Beer, and an ambition to brew deliciously drinkable ales. The idea is that if we stick to the philosophy, then we’ll achieve the ambition. Contains gluten from malted barley.

Comments: www.warwickshirebeer.co.uk Hand crafted using the finest natural ingredients. Hops: Fuggles, Bobek. Hatched at the University of Warwick Students' Union. One dark night outside The Dirty Duck pub at Warwick SU a strange noise emanated from the depths. Descending the stairs, Big Jim beheld a sight ne'er to be repeated - ducks in their hundreds from across campus had gathered to drink from the battered steel casks outside the cellar doors. Surrounded by the surreal spectacle of these sozzled beasts Big Jim pledged to name an ale after the event. To this day, gargling sounds can be heard outside the cellar, and ducks often wink knowingly at customers supping the copper brew of their forebears...

Comments: kingbeer.co.uk This copper-coloured session bitter is packed full of flavour, particularly in the hop character. The aroma is overflowing with apricot and warm orange with a hint of caramel and peach coming through faintly. There’s some caramel and fruit from the malt and very light roast in the initial taste but this rapidly gives way to a dry, straw hoppy and slightly astringent but full flavour. The aftertaste builds and emphasises bitterness and the slightly earthy hops come through even more. If you’re looking for a hoppier bitter which still retains a good balance with the malt, this is the one for you.
