It helped her with her studies ad gave me a fine beer for sitting down and seeing just how complex beer can be. Flavours go from vanillin, coffee, chocolate to tawny port, wood notes and smooth malt flavours. This is the beer to sit and enjoy in good company and with plenty of time. Bourbon whiskey barrel matured. Contains wheat and barley.

Contains wheat, barley malt. This limited bottling of Innis & Gunn has been matured over Canadian Black Cherrywood and then finished with the addition of maple syrup. To our knowledge, this is the first time that Cherrywood has been used to mature a beer. The result is a really full bodied Scotch Ale, with a rich lasting finish. Carefully matured for 49 days prior to release.

This is a beer to be savoured. It is Caribbean Rum Cask matured for spiciness and richness of flavour,. Aromas of rum, demerara, dried fruits and spice, warming malt character with hints ofvanilla and oak. The bitterness is understated leaving plenty of room for a long spicy-sweet finish. It is great on its own and pairs well with full-flavoured foods like cheese and chutney, cured meats and fruity puddings. Carefully matured for 51 days. Serve ice cold in an Innis & Gunn glass.
