The Lumberjack. New Wave mix of Stout with American hopping. Rye, used during mashing imparts oiliness, harmonizes with a hint of chocolate and strong resinous bitterness. The aroma is rich in coffee and chocolate notes, filled by citrus sweetness. Enjoy at 10C.

Our Rye PA is red in colour, slightly sweet with some malty spiciness from the Rye malts. This is given a wonderful fruity hop flavour from bags of Columbus, Centennial and Cascade hops, both in the boil and dry hopped.

Beneath a deep blanket of snow there is a cereal grain that can survive the harsh winters and acidic soils - RYE. Like a draped hood over a monk, it is the righteousness inside that shines.
