Comments: www.brasserie-lancelot.com Traditional Gaulish beer, on yeast, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Produced on malted barley, it is aromatized with seven different plants and a touch of honey, which give this beer an exceptional aroma. Serve this luminous amber beer at 8-12C, in a wide glass (or a drinking horn) and remember to let yeast fall to the bottom of the bottle. Do not drink more than two or three glasses of Cervoise at a time, and the sky won't fall on your head, in the name of Toutatis!

Comments: www.yardsbrewing.com This powerful and complex golden ale pays homage to Founding Father and fellow brewer, Thomas Jefferson. Yards Brewmaster, Tom Kehoe, worked closely with Philadelphia’s historic City Tavern to recreate this recipe, employing honey, rye, and wheat, just like the beer Jefferson made at Monticello.
